TERMS & CONDITIONS
① RELEASE OF ORIGINAL PROPERTIES / DOCUMENTS
Bank shall release all the original properties / documents within 30 days after full repayment of the loan amount.
② COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS BY BORROWERS
Borrowers are requested to collect these documents immediately after closure of loan amount from the branch where loan account is maintained.
③ DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS BY BRANCHES
Branches are advised to deliver the documents immediately or as soon as possible but not later than 30 days from the date of closure of account.
④ IN CASE OF DEMISE OF BORROWER / CO-BORROWER
In case of demise of borrower / co borrower forms to return the documents is as under
